Refund Policy

We want you to be confident using Trusta. This policy explains when refunds are and are not available.

1. Plan activation fees

Trusta earning plan activation fees (Mini, Maxi, Mega, Alpha) are non-refundable once the plan has been activated on your account, because plan benefits (daily earnings, referral rates, task inventory) become immediately accessible.

2. Failed activations

If a payment is deducted from your bank but your plan does not activate within 30 minutes, the amount is automatically reversed. If the reversal does not appear within 24 hours, contact support with your transaction reference.

3. VTU & bill payments

VTU transactions (airtime, data, cable, electricity) that fail on the provider's side are fully refunded to your Trusta wallet within 24 hours.

4. Wallet balance

Your Trusta wallet balance is always your money. You can withdraw it to your Nigerian bank account any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal thresholds published on the platform.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting Trusta support may result in account suspension. Please talk to us first — we resolve almost every case in under 24 hours.
